One-Day Freedom

Tons of work and constant attention to the Britney Spears
downward spiral/custody loss/heading-to-the-cuckoo-bin fiasco

has led to a state of combined boredom and stress.
I'm boring myself to death in a stressful way! :)

Enough already! May TMZ, Perez Hilton, and X17 fall on extremely bad times ...

So tomorrow, my first day off in 3 weeks (including weekends),
I'm going to go to
(1) Target, (2) lunch with a friend, (3) the bank and post office.
Do I live an exciting life or what?!!

Any suggestions to make it a memorable day?

Make it good, because I'm heading back to work on Saturday. Please help!

Thanks! <--An exclamation point! <--ooh, another! <--ad infinitum!

The best I can come up with presently is something involving water. That gives you quite a scope, unless water is not your friend. Then I'm all out. Whatever it is, it has to be FUN!!

Give up your freedom and just work work work. And whistle.

Well, so far, I showered. So Sans, the water thing is covered.

Dale, if I were clever enough to record my whistle for you, I would. But I'm not. So no. :P

Hug a homeless person (and then shower again).

I think the way to truly make it a memorable day would be to come over and scrub my floors, and clean my windows.

Btw, Zed, I've noticed you haven't been frequenting my site, ever since that whole "Brady Bunch" list thing. I had no idea you'd take it so poorly.
Although, Teri said you would.

Good thinking SD! Too bad I didn't have my thinking cap on at lunch time. I missed your message by a few minutes-- Thanks, though!

Haha Sushiboy! After hugging the guy I took a one-hour bath--and THEN showered too.

Dick, I can send my cleaning crew to do your floors and windows, but it might cost you a few $$$$. Don't be cheap, they earn minimum wage. Shall I tell them to come?

I'm not boycotting your site or anything, Dick, I've just working 12- to 14-hour days for the last 2 weeks (even weekends), and will continue to do so until the need of next week, so I'm not doing much visiting anyone. Don't worry, all's good between us. Except for the fact that you left me out the Brady family ... JUST KIDDING!! It's a joke! ;)

If you are going to have a job that combines boredom and stress, you might as well be an anesthesiologist. Just saying.

Go on a road trip without a map, get lost and claim to discover whatever town you end up in.
