Have you heard of the now famous incident way back in the late 50's when the Boeing 707 was unveiled? Boeing's chief test pilot rolled the 707 during SeaFare over Lake Washington when it was first flown in public. He was almost fired, but because everybody was so amazed he got to keep his job.

I was waiting for that plane to crash.
I am impressed that he can fly that good, or she.

SD, a lot of these guys do crazy things and endanger their lives and the lives of others. So I'm not so sure his job being saved was a good idea.

Tmollie, me too, believe me. How he didn't crash is beyond me.

Jane, yikes indeed. He could have gone strike, I don't know why he turned.

Could have been really bad, Sushiboy. I think the pilot was really fortunate that he didn't take the entire plane down.

Hi Doctor Mom! I sent my mother packin' :) and now I'm drowning in work. Life's superbusy. I promise to visit soon, and I hope you're well.

I'm so glad you understand Doctor Mom. And I'm sorry to hear about the sinusitis (I have it too right now!), bronchitis, and GERD. You're a mess! :)

CP, I'm going to go check out the info. Right now, I have so much work I can't keep track of all the books coming my way. It's nice to be "loved" and to know my work is respected but--sheesh! Enough already! I want to see the info, so I'll be over to your blog any sec now. Thanks!
