Huh? Did you guys say something? Sorry, I was sleeping.
Nobody, you need a 4-hour nap to recuperate. I have no excuse.
Chris, the pumpkin thing is it. It has relaxation powers. Give it a try--just don't let the pumpkins go bad...
Teri, hey, hey, hey!!! Watch it, Sis!
Sushiboy, once in a zillion years is fine, and you should do it. But this is the 3rd time in a month. I think I'm regressing to my teenage years: stay up late, sleep until early afternoon.
Mel, the Homedics Massager is fabulous. You should get one if you have to sit a lot. But you're right. I run it so much it might be over-relaxing me. Is there such a thing as being "over-relaxed"? 6:04--that's a killer. You have every reason to hate me. :)
Jen, I must admit, not having to face rush-hour traffic and making my own hours is wonderful! Why don't you freelance? You hate your office anyway, don't you? Quit and sleep late.
Yesterday the power went out for a couple of hours and I forgot to reset the clock cd player by Robert's side of the bed. This morning when we woke up it said 7:05...but really it was 9:05...Good thing he's the president, so it doesn't matter if he's late (although he should be setting a better example...)
Sure, Scarlet, blame it on the Great Pumpkin. Sure. :)
Tanya, I'm sure the employees were most grateful for his lateness this morning. Can't happen all the time, but once in a while, it's good to let the mice play.
On another unrelated topic, Zed, in your profile you mention that you're in publishing...
Does this mean you get tons of annoying people saying to you, "Hey, Zed, here's my book I wrote about my adventure moving to and back from Spain, how should I go about getting it edited and published?"
And then you're either stuck not publishing the comment, moving your blog to another address and only inviting a select few to follow or hoping the person asking you just feels stupid enough to never come to your blog again.
If you write a chapter you need to go to the library and look in Literary Marketplace for an agent. Send the chapter to the agent, and see if he/she will accept it as a product worth passing on to a publisher. If so, he/she will market you book around and hopefully find an interested buyer.
This will save you a huge amount of time and unnecessary expense sending copies of your book to dozens of publishers who aren't (possibly) interested. Publishing a book through major publishers is becoming more difficult all the time though, because they like to go with tried and true authors and products they are 90% sure will sell. But try the agent route--it might work!
I thought I would tell you here that I'm at my new home. (tanyaespanya.blogspot.com)
I'm publishing on this 'old' posting of yours, because I figure the person I'm trying to avoid won't look here.
I know, lame, eh?
Anyway, thank you for keeping me in your love bubble, I will continue to post (hey, anything to avoid finishing my novel, right?!) and continue to comment and crush you with my love.

Geez, even I got up at 8:00 today. But I took a nap from 11:30 to 3:30.
I've heard that surrounding yourself with pumpkins can lead to a very restful night's sleep. I might have to try it.
hopefully you didn't have any appointments?
Is this what happens when you get old??
I wanted to do that this morning :)
It was that darn homedics massager, you got TOO relaxed!!
I slept late, got up at 6:04. I hate you and you really great sleep!

Not that I'm asking or anything! :)
You've put her back to sleep Tanya with your long and involved comment.
Dale, I know, I hate myself! Zed, wake up!
Sounds like me on a typcial weekend.
I'm sorry, Tanya... were you saying something? :)

I'm going to do that, please don't hate me for being a pest! :)
And today we found out it's going to be a boy!
Cryptic comment only for Zed:
