Sushiboy, I had a birthday on Saturday. Thanks for mentioning it. I had a party thrown in my honor, and at the end we all sang Christmas carols around the piano for over an hour. It doesn't get better than that.

Have a joyful Christmas and a blessed New Year. Maybe you'll post in the new year? :)

Cat hugs are the best, Sans. They come with purrs.

I hope your Christmas is warm and fuzzy, and that the New Year will bring wonderful things to you.

I'll be back posting next week. Really, I'm not going to take off for another 3 years. Honest.

I hope you and the kitties have a fabulous Christmas.

Happy Belated Birthday, as well.

What do the cats have planned for the New Year's celebrations?

Teri! I missed you!

Frankie will be attending the famous Cute Cat Ball in a gold sparkly gown. For the rest of the year, she is planning to work on her ice-skating skills. She's good, but she'll never qualify for the Olympics if she doesn't improve.

For Johnny's 2011, it looks like he will be sleeping, eating, using the litter box, and purring, but not necessarily in that order. He leads a simple life.

Have a wonderful, joyous Christmas and a very Happy New Year!

i had heard that frankie would be trying out for the olympics, i just didn't know she was a skater. i thought more along the lines of a hockey player or a boxer. i wish her the best. go for the gold, frankie.

Jane, right now Frankie is a figure skater, but I'm hoping to move her into the speed skater category.

I know you know, but others may not, Frankie is the cat on the left in the photo, the smaller of the two, but she's wiry, very wiry.

And she's driven to win.

Your kitties are worth every penny, but if you need to be cheap, Dale, (ahem) then do this:

My cat Johnny was asking for the Wii Fit bundle for $100+ but instead I got him one of those $2.99 tiny red laser lights that wave it around the room and he's happy.

Cheap, cheap, cheap. lol
