The Asians were visiting with their sp*m on my last post--14 comments in all. If only it had been the Icelandians. But then, no one lives in Iceland. Look at this image. There are NO people in Iceland.
OK, final random thought: Christmas is just a few short weeks away. Get busy shopping, people. This reminder is mostly for me; I'm sure the rest of you have already bought and wrapped all you presents. Bunch of overachievers.

I can understand wanting to spend lots of time with a new spouse, but I don't think its asking too much to have lunch with a friend every now and then, that is lame, sorry.

This is one of my biggest pet peeves about married people. They have time and they need their separate friends but they choose to be all high and mighty.
Any time you want to have lunch, Zed, you let me know. I won't blow you off.
Thanks, Sushiboy. I'm really po'd right now. The new bride is doing this to several people, so I'm not alone in this. Phooey. I am really just going to move on, but I'm giving myself today to be angry and resentful. :) Alright, maybe tomorrow too.
Teri, I could not agree more with your pet peeve. This happened to me a number of years ago as well, but the bride was still young, and blindly devoted to her new husband. She is also now divorced. 'nough said. This bride is older and should be wiser.

Sometimes it's difficult to get ones priorities right. I have had to reset mine more than a few times. I'm sorry you're depressed Zed.
I have started my Christmas shopping, buying forty presents on Cyber Monday!
Unfortunately, they were all for me, so no further forward there then.
I hate idiot marrieds. Not all marrieds are idiots, but many seemingly normal people turn into idiot pod people after taking those vows.
