Hallelujah and Amen

My computer died on Saturday.

It remained dead for parts of 3 days.

And today it was resurrected. Hallelujah!

T'was not the hard drive at all; was only the power supply. Amen. Amen. And amen.

I'm glad the power supply didn't take anything with it.

Hallelujah!

I trust all the important data is backed up?
Back online just in time for the snow!

Sushiboy, nothing was lost. I was panic stricken--last back up was ... never. Well, not on THIS machine. About 3 computers ago. :(

Sans,
A backup? You expect me to back up? lol

Actually today I bought a 320 GB external hard drive, and a Semantic Backup Recovery program, and the whole thing is already backed up for future disasters.

Computers, we all really have a love-hate relationship with them, don't we.

Too true. In what other relationship do we rely on backups.

Can you imagine the look on Superwoman's face if I decided to clone her as a 'backup'. Yah not-so-much.

Weird things, computers.

You'd have your head handed to you, Sushiboy. Don't try it! lol
