No Cookies for the Following People
I just made homemade chocolate-chip butter cookies. Everyone can have one except:
1. John the Electrician. No explanation is necessary.
2. Nobody and Dadguy, who think cats suck. Pfft.
3. My cleaning crew. They cleaned a picture frame thoroughly, but when I attempted to adjust its tilt this afternoon, it fell off the wall, fell directly onto the top of my hand and cut out two huge holes from my skin. I bled for 3 hours. A friend, who is a former paramedic, was able to get it to stop bleeding and bandaged it up for me. He should get his own tray of cookies; he's a great guy. I'm popping Extra-strength Tylenol at the moment.
4. Frankie and Johnny, as well as Jen's cat Travis and Teri's two cats (cats can't have chocolate).
5. ClustrMaps crew. Their counter can't count anymore; it's been down for 3 days. What if someone from my arch-enemy country France tried to visit? WHAT THEN? :)
6. Monsieur Chirac of France, because, well, you know...
7. Snow Patrol, because I can't get the song Chasing Cars out of my head and have sung it for 5 hours straight (it's from Grey's Anatomy).
8. There are others, but I want to go have a chocolate-chip butter cookie now. My hand hurts. Waaa! Sniff.

scarlet, ClustrMaps even had a notice up in their "news/blog" that the counter wasn't working (because I kept writing to them to say please announce it). So I bet now that they announced it, it's fixed. Murphy's law. :) I'll go check.

Fancy Zed--
1. I didn't see my name listed, so does that mean I can have cookies? You see I served cookies the other day in Cul-de-Sac, and you wouldn't believe what The Fab did with those cookies! So, OBVIOUSLY, I didn't take any myself... then I served coffee and doughnuts....well then he suggested doing something else with the doughnuts.... and now I can't eat those either... and I would really like something sweet with my Chai Tea this morning.
2. Chasing Cars... in my head, sleeping, eating, going to the bathroom... my 14 yearold doesn't know what "wearing out it's welcome" means... over, and over, and over................
3. AND PERHAPS MOST IMPORTANTLY
The Fab is over in Cul-de-Sac threatening to "lay some sod" and well you can only imagine what he did with that... and then he thought that maybe you were also called "Some Sod"... but that's not all, then, he threatened to use yours or Tricia's cats to remove chocolate from places where chocolate should NEVER be.
You should probably visit the Cul-de-Sac today and help straighten this mess out before property values decrease.
P.S..... DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT give The Fab any cookies... you wouldn't believe (ok maybe you would) what he does with them!!!
Hiya... believe me, our users are NUMERO UNO (hey, why else would I be reading this?) I wouldn't be so concerned about your service being down if I weren't totally OBSESSED with the maps. Ask almost anyone here--we've all been waiting for France to get off its duff and stop by my blog...what, are they too good for me? :)

Thanks for the cookies, I'm sure the cats will love them. I feed them chocolate chip cookies now but they usually only get a very small piece each.
Teri, just be careful with the chocolate chips--cats can have seizures with chocolate. My first cat did and its awful to see.
Maybe give them cookies without chips in them?
Er (blush, blush), I only realised after I posted my comment that the POSITIVE intention behind my remark "why else would I be reading this?" (meaning "reading user blogs is proof of our dedication to our users") also had a NEGATIVE slant (in other words the possible meaning "why would anyone read this?") which I assure you is not at all what was intended! Heh...
SO, since you took it so nicely, and came back with a great remark ("Because I'm the Zed"), I've gotta say we're rewarding you with a free ClustrMaps+ upgrade... so, no more ads, and shortly you can zoom in on the continent maps... let's see if those French visitors show up after all!!!!!
